ECHO Way Home, Rent Assistance Program
Homelessness is a health crisis. ECHO Way Home provides rent assistance and intensive case management to people transitioning out of homelessness, helping them secure stable housing while addressing the underlying barriers, including budgeting, employment, and education, that stood in their way. Participants are job-ready and actively engaged in building the skills they need to stay housed.
Housing & Resource Navigator
Finding stable housing is hard. ECHO's Housing & Resource Navigator works directly with people experiencing homelessness to identify housing opportunities, connect them with local service providers, and recruit landlords who are willing to partner in Rapid Re-Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing programs. The Navigator bridges the gap between people in need and the housing options that can change their trajectory.
